Demarest Advogados advised Duna Energia S.A on the sale of shares to 3R Petroleum
3R Petroleo, a company that operates in the oil exploration market, has acquired 100% of the shares issued by Duna Energia S.A., held by BTG and minority shareholders.
The transaction value was USD 72,300,000
Demarest Advogados had the partner João Luis de Almeida (pictured) and associates Lívia Borges Leal, Marcelo Simon Ikeziri, Matheus Fontes Wahrsager and Roberta Souza Batalha.
