São Paulo gets new boutique focused on Competition Law

Cianfarani Müller will practice in Competition Law, Compliance, Corporate Investigations and Litigation

Cianfarani Müller is a boutique law firm established in São Paulo focused on Competition Law and its ramifications, Compliance, Corporate Investigations and specialized Litigation. The firm was recently founded by partners Joana Cianfarani (pictured left) and Paula Müller (pictured right), both former TozziniFreire.

Joana Cianfarani: she is a lawyer with more than 20 years of experience, has worked in Brazil and abroad in renowned companies and law firms, and for almost 8 years was a partner of the Competition Law and Compliance & Investigations teams of TozziniFreire. She graduated in 1999 from USP and has a post-graduate degree in administration and economic and competition law from FGV/SP.

Paula Müller has worked for over 15 years in the areas of Competition Law and Civil and Economic Litigation. She was a senior lawyer in the Competition Law team of TozziniFreire for 5 years and has been the coordinator of the Litigation and Arbitration Committee of IBRAC for almost 4 years. She graduated in 2006 from PUCRS and has post-graduate degrees in Business Law from UFRGS and in Economic Law from FGV/SP.
