Demarest Advogados advised Banco Inter S.A. in the signing of an agreement for the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Pronto Money Transfer, Inc., parent company of USEND, an American company with 16 years of experience in the foreign exchange and financial services market, offering, among others, a digital Global Account solution for remittances between countries.

USEND has licenses to act as Money Transmitter in more than 40 American states.
