Demarest advised AO3 Tecnologia Ltda. in the acquisition of the majority (50.01%) of the capital stock of Swood Holding S.A., a Brazilian corporation that owns a Portuguese company that develops and operates an international HR and financial platform in Europe specialized in employee benefits and perks, as well as providing related services.
