(TS Infra), a construction and engineering brazilian company, subsidiary of Fram Capital, in the acquisition of the totality of the shares issued by Empresa de Transmissão Timóteo Mesquita S.A., a concessionaire of electric power transmission services, yet in preoperational stage, located in the State of Minas Gerais, Brazil.
