Gómez-Pinzón assists INMOVAL in acquisition of 80% of real estate project

Gómez-Pinzón has advised Fondo de Inversión Colectiva Inmobiliario on the future acquisition of 80% of a real estate project in Medellín

 Colombian law firm, Gómez-Pinzón has assisted Fondo de Inversión Colectiva Inmobiliario INMOVAL in the signing of a private agreement for the future acquisition of 80% of the fiduciary rights representing a real estate project with main office use in the city of Medellín.

This transaction will have an estimated value of $164,000 million Colombian pesos, an amount that will be partially and periodically disbursed according to the project’s construction progress.

Fondo de Inversión Colectiva Inmobiliario INMOVAL, managed by Credicorp Capital, is dedicated to investing in commercial real estate such as offices, retail, hotels, warehouses and other projects under construction in Colombia.
