Demarest Advogados advised AgroGalaxy Participações S.A. on the acquisition of 80% of Agrocat Distribuidora de Insumos Agrícolas Ltda

Demarest Advogados advised AgroGalaxy Participações S.A. on the acquisition of 80% of the capital stock of Agrocat Distribuidora de Insumos Agrícolas Ltda.

The transaction value was R$ 180 million. AgroCat operates in the sale of agricultural inputs in the states of Mato Grosso and Rondônia.

Demarest Advogados had partners José Diaz (pictured left) and Bruno Drago (pictured right) and associates Fernando Vargas, Lucas Lopes Parra , Henrique Rodrigues Anders, Fabianna Morselli, Mariana Llamazalez, Daniella Dias, Rodrigo Nascimento Salem and Rodrigo Tozo.
