Cescon Barrieu assists GFM in the acquisition of CEM from Petrobrás
Cescon Barrieu Advogados assisted GFM Participações S.A. in the acquisition of 40% of Companhia Energética Manauara (CEM)
The transaction consists of the acquisition, by GFM Participações S.A., a company of the Global Group, of common shares representing 40% of the voting and total capital of Companhia Energética Manauara (CEM), currently held by Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. -PETROBRAS.
The transaction value was R$79 million.
Cescon Barrieu was joined by partner Ricardo Gaillard (pictured) and associate Thales Lemos.
