Cescon Barrieu Advogados advised Cortel Group on the acquisition of stake in Rover

Cescon Barrieu Advogados advised Cortel Group, which specializes in the cemetery, crematory and funeral services industry, on the acquisition of an equity stake in Rover, a company in the funeral industry.

The transaction was made with payment in Cortel Holding shares.

The deal is part of Cortel’s plan to create a consolidation group in the death care market.
