Stocche Forbes and Cescon Barrieu act in Xingu Rio debentures issue
Stocche Forbes Advogados assisted Xingu Rio Transmissora de Energia S.A., Cescon Barrieu assisted Banco BTG Pactual S.A. and Banco Itaú BBA S.A.
The public offering with restricted efforts of placement of the seventh issue of debentures of Xingu Rio Transmissora de Energia S.A., in the total amount of R$ 1,100,000,000.00 had as underwriters Banco BTG Pactual S.A. and Banco Itaú BBA S.A.
The amount will be used for investments, reimbursement of expenses, expenses or debts related to the implementation of the Company’s Project that was considered a priority by the Ministry of Mines and Energy.
