Cescon Barrieu advises coordinators on issuance of Locamerica debentures

Cescon Barrieu Advogados assisted the coordinators in the 21st issue of simple, non-convertible, unsecured debentures, in a single series, for public distribution, of Locamérica – Companhia de Locação das Américas.
The total value of the issue was R$ 1.1 billion and Unidas S.A. was the guarantor.
