Machado Meyer Advogados advises Loft on transaction with Foxter

Machado Meyer Advogados acted as legal advisor to Loft Brasil Tecnologia in the transaction with Foxter Consultoria Imobiliária Ltda.

Loft Brasil Tecnologia has signed a contract with the sellers Eduardo Cazzulo Klepzig, Felipe Engel, Cristiano Marino Maia de Souza and Fernando Erhart for the acquisition of corporate interest in Foxter Consultoria Imobiliária Ltda.

With the implementation of the Transaction, Loft expands its operations in the real estate purchase and sale market through brokers and starts its activities in the southern region of Brazil.
