WM&T and Pinheiro Guimarães work on CRI’s issuance
Wielewicki, Maia & Trovo Advogados advised the issuers 3Z Realty Desenvolvimento Imobiliário S.A. and Grupo NC. Pinheiro Guimarães Advogados advised the lead coordinator Banco Safra S.A.
WM&T advised 3Z Realty Desenvolvimento Imobiliário S.A. and Grupo NC in the issuance of the Certificates of Real Estate Receivables (CRI) in the total amount of R$ 110 million. The Offering was made under the terms of CVM Instruction 476, and the lead coordinator was Banco Safra S.A., which was assisted by Pinheiro Guimarães Advogados.
True Securitizadora S.A. was the securitization company that issued the CRI, backed by 3Z Realty debentures. The debentures are guaranteed by fiduciary assignment of receivables and fiduciary alienation of shares of SPEs controlled by 3Z Realty.
