Lefosse Advogados acted as Brazilian special advisor to AES Brasil Energia S.A. in connection with the IPO

Lefosse Advogados acted as Brazilian special advisor to AES Brasil Energia S.A. in connection with the Company’s primary public offering of 93,000,000 common shares in the amount of BRL 1,116,000,000.00

Lefosse’s team included partners Carlos Mello (pictured left), Christiano Rehder (pictured centre) and Jana Araujo (pictured right), associates Vicente Gioielli, Maria Alice Mendonça and Leonardo Gaspar, and assistant Marco Mariutti.

Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP was the company’s foreign counsel.
