Tauil & Chequer in association with Mayer Brown advised Simpar S.A. on debentures issue

The Capital Markets practice of Tauil & Chequer in association with Mayer Brown has acted as business advisor in the structuring of the 3rd issue of debentures by Simpar S.A., in the amount of R$1.5 billion, with the financial intermediation of Banco BTG Pactual S.A.

The funds raised will be used by the issuer to boost its cash flow.

The Tauil & Chequer team was composed of partner Bruno Cerqueira (pictured), associate Flavia Biagiotti, and intern Camila Torelli.
