Bronstein Zilberberg advises Tembici on investment round

Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri e Potenza Advogados advised Tembici that raised R$430 million in investment round

Urban micromobility startup Tembici made a new round to invest and expand its electric bike rental and delivery service and raised R$430 million.

The mobility startup had a contribution led by the Crescera Capital fund.

Other funds that participated in the round are Endeavor Catalyst, Igah Ventures, IFC, Pipo Capital, Redpoint events and Valor Capital Group.

As for financing, the startup raised funds with Itaú and Santander in green credit lines.

The goal is to put 10,000 more bicycles on the streets (50% of them electric) by 2022.

Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri e Potenza Advogados had partners Sergio Bronstein (pictured left), Pedro Chueiri (pictured centre), André Neves (pictured right), and associate Gabriel Junqueira.
