Stocche Forbes Advogados announced Marco Saliba as new partner in Projects and Infrastructure

Stocche Forbes has annouced Marco Saliba (pictured) as a new partner in the firm’s Projects and Infrastructure practice.

Marco is highly experienced in complex cross-border and domestic project finance transactions, as well as in acquisition finance, structured finance, construction contracts, and other products.

Marco has worked for some of the most prominent law firms in Brazil as well as having experienced an executive in-house position and acting as a foreign associate at Mori, Hamada, and Matsumoto in Tokyo.

Marco earned his B.A in Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica São Paulo, Brazil. He holds an LL.M. in International Legal Practice from IE Law School in Madrid, Spain, with participation at the National University of Singapore.

Reinforcing its commitment to provide wide-ranging and in-depth advice in all stages of large infrastructure projects, the firm recently announced the arrival of Ana Clara Viola, who specializes in project development and complex infra-structure contracts.

Ana Clara previously held a senior position in a multinational infrastructure developer active in various sectors, including logistics, energy, and oil & gas, where she gained extensive experience in negotiating project agreements, as well as in contract management and the prevention and resolution of disputes in infrastructure projects.
