M&A counsels IFC on $9.2m disbursement

Miranda & Amado has assisted International Finance Corporation in the disbursement of $9,200,000

 Peruvian law firm Miranda & Amado has counselled International Finance Corporation on the disbursement of $9,200,000 US dollars in the framework of tranche 2 of the loans granted in favour of Latam Logistic Per Propco Lurin I S.R.L.

The transaction was closed on 9 September 2021.

The IFC is a global institution created in 1956 and part of the World Bank. It has 184 member countries around the world. It is dedicated to promoting the economic development of countries through the private sector, providing long-term lending, guarantees and risk management services to its clients and investors. It has an authorised share capital of more than US$ 2.4 billion.

LatAm Logistic Properties is a leading developer, owner and operator of modern, sustainable logistics real estate in high-growth, high-barrier-to-entry markets in the Andean and Central American regions. The company’s clients are multinational and regional companies engaged in third-party logistics, business-to-business distribution, retail distribution and e-commerce fulfilment centres.
