M&A counsels IFC on $9.2m disbursement
Miranda & Amado has assisted International Finance Corporation in the disbursement of $9,200,000
Peruvian law firm Miranda & Amado has counselled International Finance Corporation on the disbursement of $9,200,000 US dollars in the framework of tranche 2 of the loans granted in favour of Latam Logistic Per Propco Lurin I S.R.L.
The transaction was closed on 9 September 2021.

It is dedicated to promoting the economic development of countries through the private sector, providing long-term lending, guarantees and risk management services to its clients and investors. It has an authorised share capital of more than US$ 2.4 billion.
