Stocche Forbes advises Vibra Energia on the acquisition of a 50% stake in Comerc Participações S.A

Stocche Forbes Advogados advised Vibra Energia on the acquisition of a 50% stake in Comerc Participações S.A., with 30% referring to a BRL 2 billion primary transaction through convertible debentures and 20% referring to a BRL 1.25 billion (plus earn-out) secondary transaction through a call option to acquire shares held by the company’s current controlling shareholders.
