TozziniFreire Advogados advised investment funds SoftBank, Igah Ventures, Volpe Capital and Riverwood, among others, in the Series A investment round raised by giftback company CRM & Bonus.

Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri, and Potenza Advogados advised CRM & Bonus. The investment round raised R$280 million and valued the company at R$1 billion.

TozziniFreire Advogados had as partners João Busin (pictured top left), Beatriz Seixas (pictured top right) and associates Marcus Fonseca, Victor Frias Françoso, Luis Felipe Bueno Sima.

Morrison & Foerster LLP also represented the same party.
