Cescon Barrieu advises Araguaia on the issuance of Eco CRA’s
Cescon Barrieu Advogados advised Adubos Araguaia Indústria e Comércio Ltda. on a CRA issue by Eco Securitizadora de Direitos Creditórios do Agronegócio S.A.
The transaction is a public offering, with restricted placement efforts, under CVM Instruction 476, of certificates of agribusiness receivables (CRAs) from the 117th issue, in a single series, of Eco Securitizadora de Direitos Creditórios do Agronegócio S.A., backed by agribusiness credits against Adubos Araguaia Indústria e Comércio Ltda.
The total amount was BRL 100 million. XP Investimentos Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários S.A. was the lead underwriter.
