Cescon Barrieu Advogados acted as legal counsel of Kurumá Veiculos S.A., Mirfak Participações Ltda. and Constellation Participações Societárias Ltda.

The transaction involves the acquisition, by Kurumá Veículos S/A, of the business fund of the resale concession in the operational area of Brasília/DF and Taguatinga/DF of Toyota brand vehicles and vehicle parts, and of goods (fixed assets, tools, furniture, brands, internet domains, customer registration in the last 05 years, etc.) and rights, from Mirfak Participações Ltda. and Constellation Participações Ltda.
