Franco Leutewiler Henriques Advogados completed the sale of the Experity Group to Accenture

FLH Advogados M&A team completed the sale of the Experity Group to Accenture, a global world leader in management consulting, information technology and outsourcing. 

Experity Group is a Brazilian leading player acting in the cloud-based custumer experience and commerce solutions, owner of the solutions BExpert, HarpiaCloud, Néctar Consulting, Resight and Vertra, and its strategic acquisition by Accenture represents one of the most relevant M&A operations in the sector.

Transaction value is very relevant but confidential.

Franco Leutewiler Henriques advised the sellers with team formed by partners Vitor Henriques (pictured left), Gabriela Sella (pictured right), Gabriela Conca and associates Fernanda Peixoto and Barbara Magalhães.

Trench Rossi Watanabe advised the buyer, Accenture and relied on partner Bruno Dreifus and associate Munique Isoppo.
