M&A counsels BBVA Peru on airport financing
Miranda & Amado has advised BBVA Peru on its financing granted to Aeropuertos del Perú S.A.
Miranda & Amado has counselled BBVA Peru as lender in connection with the financing granted to Aeropuertos del Perú S.A. to finance the investments foreseen in the concession contract for the first group of provincial airports, comprising a revolving credit line and a medium-term loan for a total amount of up to 37’900,000 pence.
This transaction was closed on 9 October, where the firm Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero Du & Uría (PPU) also participated in the transaction.
PPU’s team was comprised by partner Ronald Fernandez Davila and associate Fiorella Ruiz del Campo.
M&A’s team consisted of partners Gabriela Dañino (pictured top left) and Willy Pedreschi (pictured top right), together with associates Pablo Cassinelli (pictured bottom left) and Raicza Arrunategui (pictured bottom right).
