Stocche Forbes advises Banco Santander on CGT Eletrosul debentures issue

Stocche Forbes Advogados advised Banco Santander (Brazil) on debentures issue by Companhia de Geração e Transmissão de Energia Elétrica Do Sul Do Brasil – Eletrobras Cgt Eletrosul

Stocche Forbes Advogados assisted Banco Santander (Brasil), as underwriter of the public offering with restricted efforts of placement of the 3rd (third) issue of debentures issued by CGT Eletrosul, according to CVM 476.

The total amount was R$400,000,000.00. The debentures issued by CGT Eletrosul were the first of the Eletrobras economic group to be characterized as Green Bonds.

Stocche Forbes had partners Frederico Moura (pictured) and associates Leticia Rabello, Paula Lyrio and Caio Morais assisting Santander.
