Hogan Lovells advises Grupo Ganfer in joint venture with Nature Sweet

Hogan Lovells has counselled Mexico’s Grupo Ganfer on a joint venture with Nature Sweet

Global law firm Hogall Lovells has advised the Ganfer Group on a joint venture with Nature Sweet. This will provide the Ganfer Group with the means to expand its installed capacity for the export of small tomatoes and other vegetables.

Mexican agricultural exports are at their highest point in 21 years, and are seen as one of the main growth businesses in the coming years.

Grupo Ganfer, a leader in Mexico known for its innovative production, marketing and export of agricultural products and services, is increasing its leadership in its core business of small tomatoes and other vegetables grown in greenhouses.
