Estudio Echecopar counsels IBM Peru in infrastructure business division
Estudio Echecopar has assisted IBM del Perú in the spin-off from IBM Corporation of its Infrastructure Management Services
Estudio Echecopar, associated with Baker & McKenzie International, has advised IBM del Perú in the local implementation of the segregation of IBM Corporation, carried out worldwide, of its Infrastructure Management Services business. In Peru, this was implemented through a spin-off process whereby IBM del Peru segregated and transferred a block of assets and liabilities of this line of business to Kyndryl Peru.
IBM and Kyndryl will be independent entities, however, at launch both will be each other’s principal customers and will remain strategic partners. Kyndryl will continue to include IBM hardware and software in its offerings.
Kyndryl designs, implements and manages a modern, efficient and reliable technology infrastructure.
