Bronstein Zilberberg Chueiri e Potenza Advogados advised Rockseat, Dias Carneiro Advogados advised Digital House
Digital House, a distance learning school specializing in technology courses, has acquired Rocketseat. The value of the deal is BRL150m.
Founded in 2017 in Rio do Sul, Santa Catarina state, Rocketseat offers a digital teaching platform in web technology and mobile development courses.
Bronstein Zilberberg Chueiri & Potenza Advogados had partners Guilherme Peres Potenza (pictured left), Vivian Tito Rudge and associate Rodrigo Costa Lima.
Digital House was represented by Dias Carneiro Advogados with partner Artur Fernandes Andrezo (pictured right) and Débora Cabral.
Bruchou, Fernández Madero & Lombardi also represented the same partie and relied on associates Agustina Rocca and Santiago Balbi.
