Pinheiro Neto Advogados advised Warren Brasil on the acquisition of Vitra (V&B Gestão de Patrimônio Ltda.).
The former shareholders of Vitra became shareholders of Warren, but will continue to run the company’s business, which is now part of the Warren Group.
The acquisition allowed Warren to access the wealth management market and represented a strategic and essential step for Warren’s growth.
