DLA Piper assists Wareclouds in $1.2m investment

DLA Piper Chile has counselled Wareclouds on a $1.2 million investment

 DLA Piper Chile has assisted Wareclouds SpA in its $1,200,000 investment through a capital increase and the issuance of Seed Series Preferred Shares, which were paid for by CLIN Fondo de Inversión Privado, Plug and Play Venture Group, LLC and other local and foreign investors.

Guerrero Olivos advised CLIN Fondo de Inversión Privado on the transaction.

Wareclouds is a Chilean startup dedicated to warehousing ecommerce products, as well as assembling their orders in people’s homes (Wareclouds), and the delivery of those orders.

DLA Piper’s team consisted of partner Matías Zergers (pictured left) and corporate associates Pilar Ay (pictured top right) and José Tomás Musalem (pictured bottom right).
