BZCP advises RockContent and Unbox on investment round

Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri e Potenza Advogados advised RockContent and Unbox in investment round

Rock Content has received a USD 30m capital injection in a Series B funding round led by Unbox Capital, with participation from Provence Capital, BTG Pactual High Growth Opportunities FIP and Crescera Capital.

Founded in 2012 and based in Belo Horizonte, Rock Content provides marketing products and services. The investment round will fund the Brazilian startup’s expansion in the United States.

RockContent was represented by Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri e Potenza Advogados with partner Eduardo Zilberberg (pictured left) and associate Giuliana Primati.

Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri e Potenza Advogados also represented Unbox and relied on partner Pedro Chueiri (pictured right) and associate Rafael Lutti.

BTG and Crescera was represented by Morrison & Foerster.

Cescon Barrieu Advogados was legal advice to BTG Pactual – Fundo BTG High Growth Opportunities, and relied on partners Eduardo Lanna, Isabela Coelho and Luiz di Sessa and associates Daniel Paiva and Julia Diniz.
