The law firm PMA – Penna Marinho Advogados has opened in São Paulo. The office specializes in Business Litigation and Consulting with a focus on Civil law practice, taking advantage of its founder’s experience in complex litigation.

Founding partner Gustavo Penna Marinho (photo) was responsible for defending companies in high-profile cases, including one of the largest banks in the discussion related to investigations of the so-called “exchange cartel” and one of the main executives involved in the Lava Jato operation, where he was able to dismiss the misconduct suit still in its preliminary stage.

PMA – Penna Marinho Advogados starts with seven professionals and clients in the real estate, pharmaceutical, shopping center, civil construction, chemical and petrochemical, and cosmetics sectors, among others.
