Lefosse advises Multiplan on debenture issue

Lefosse Advogados advised Multiplan Empreendimentos Imobiliarios S.A. on debentures issue

Lefosse Advogados acted as legal counsel to Multiplan Empreendimentos Imobiliários S.A., on its 10th issue of non-convertible debentures in the total amount of BRL 450,000,000. 00, for public offering, according to CVM 476.

The Offering was coordinated by Banco Itaú BBA S.A. as lead underwriter and Banco Safra S.A., Banco BTG Pactual S.A., Banco Bradesco BBI S.A. acted as additional underwriters for the offering.

The net proceeds resulting from the issue are expected to be fully used for the payment of general expenses and short and long-term debt, investments and/or cash flow management for the benefit of the Company and/or its subsidiaries.

Team Lefosse had partner Ricardo Prado (pictured) and associates Lucas Padilha and Giovanna Furtado as advisors to Multiplan.

The in-house lawyers were Marcelo Vianna Soares Pinho, Fernanda Pitella and João Paulo Nogueira Barros
