Demarest Advogados advised Softbank on the Series B investment at Pismo

Demarest advised Softbank on the Series B investment at Pismo, a Brazilian fintech in rapid growth. Banking and payments technology platform Pismo raised $108 million in an investment round led by SoftBank, Amazon and global venture capital firm Accel.

According to Pismo, founded in 2016, its second round of financing is aimed at spurring global expansion and accelerating the development of banking technologies.
