Gómez-Pinzón assists Titularizadora Colombiana in $10.4m real estate acquisition

Gómez-Pinzón has counselled Titularizadora Colombiana on the acquisition of 12 properties for 40 billion Colombian pesos

 Gómez-Pinzón has assisted Titularizadora Colombiana in the acquisition of 12 properties located within the Free Trade Zone of Bogotá and the Free Trade Zone: La Candelaria in Cartagena de Indias, for an approximate value of 40 billion Colombian pesos (approximately 10.4 million US dollars).

In this transaction, the Securitisation Company acted in its capacity as Administrator of the Universalidad TIN derived from the Programme for the Issue and Placement of Participative Securities TIN.

Gómez-Pinzón’s team was led by partner Felipe Mariño (pictured left), with the support of senior associate Juan Diego Riveros and associate Sebastian Camilo Ochica (pictured right).
