Peixoto & Cury advised You and Mr. Jones in the acquisition of a controlling stake in DP6, which was advised by Demarest Advogados

Peixoto e Cury Advogados advised You & Mr. Jones, the New York-based brand-tech, marketing and creative conglomerate that owns such platforms as Pinterest and Mobkoi, in the acquisition of a majority stake in DP6 – Digital Inc Tecnologia e Marketing Limitada, which was advised by Demarest Advogados.

Headquartered in São Paulo, DP6 offers technology and data solutions to several leading companies, such as Carrefour, CNN, BASF, Natura, Nubank, Raia, Drogasil and Whirlpool.
