Biomedical Distribution Mercosur Ltda., a company of Grupo Bomi, multinational leader in integrated logistics serving the Health Care sector has acquired Line Express Transportes e Distribuição Ltda. and ALXLOG Transporte e Logísitica Ltda., a Brazilian company leader in air and road transportation of pharmaceutical products with national coverage, delivering products daily to major distributors, hospitals and clinics throughout the country.
This transaction will allow Grupo Bomi to strengthen in Brazil the Bomi Health Carrier network, which manages the entire chain of products until delivery to the final recipient, and to consolidate Bomi Health Forwarding solutions for clinical trial management and distribution.
