Mattos Filho and Machado Meyer act in the sale of Agro Syrah to Evino
Mattos Filho Advogados represented Aqua Capital Consultoria Ltda. and Agro Syrah Participações S.A.. Machado Meyer Advogados represented Evino.
Sale to Evino Comércio de Vinhos S.A. of 100% of the shares issued by Agro Syrah Participações S.A., the holding company of the companies that comprise the Grand Cru wine business, by its shareholders: the private equity fund Aqua Capital and its founding and executive shareholders.
The closing of the transaction is subject to CADE’s approval and the completion of other conditions precedent.
Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr e Quiroga Advogados represented Aqua Capital Consultoria Ltda. and Agro Syrah Participações S.A. and included the partner Eduardo Marques Souza (pictured right) and associates Luis Eduardo Bologna Tierno, Paula Camara Baptista de Oliveira and Rodrigo Cervone Miranda.
