NHG advises HSBC on financing for Secrets Hotels

Nader, Hayaux & Goebel has counselled HSBC Mexico on a secured financing for Secrets Hotels and Resorts

 Nader, Hayaux & Goebel has advised HSBC Mexico, as lender, in a secured financing for Secrets Hotels and Resorts for working capital purposes. The financing was secured by a security trust agreement to which the “El Dorado Maroma” hotel in Cancun, Quintana Roo was transferred, as well as by certain pledge agreements over FF&E and concession rights.
