BZCP advises Gringo and Kaszek in investment round
Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri e Potenza Advogados advised Gringo and Kaszek Ventures
Gringo has received a $50 million capital injection from Kaszek Ventures, Global Founders Capital and ONEVC. Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri e Potenza Advogados advised both parties on investiment round.
Founded in 2019 and based in São Paulo, Gringo provides an app that offers various services for drivers.
Kaszek Ventures was represented by Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri e Potenza Advogados with a team formed by partner Eduardo Zilberberg (pictured right), also partner Vivian Tito Rudge and associates Victoria Auada and Lucca Martins.
Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri and Potenza Advogados also advised Gringo and included partner Guilherme Potenza (pictured right), associate Paula Bobrow, intern Laura Parolin.
