Tauil & Chequer associate Mayer Brown represented JSL in debentures issue

Tauil & Chequer associate Mayer Brown represented, as business consultant, the public offering with restricted efforts for the 15th issue of debentures, in a single series, of JSL S.A., in accordance with ICVM 476.

The total amount of the issue was R$700 million, including the coordination of UBS Brasil Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários S.A. and Caixa Econômica Federal.

The resources obtained by the Issuer through the Restricted Offering will be used to strengthen its working capital, within the ordinary management of its business.

The case included the participation of partner Bruno Cerqueira (pictured), associate Flavia Biagiotti, and legal counsel Camila Torelli.
