BMAJ reinstates senior associate

Alina Bendersky Furman has rejoined the firm’s Mining and Natural Resources team

 Bofill Mir & Alvarez Jana Abogados has reinstated Alina Bendersky as a senior associate in the Mining and Natural Resources team, led by Pablo Mir.

Alina Bendersky Furman holds a law degree from the University of Chile and a Masters in Environmental and Energy Law and Policy from Georgetown University, USA. She advises local and international clients on the development of their projects in Chile, financing agreements, due diligence processes for the purchase and sale of natural resource projects, the preparation of contracts, and mining property issues, among others.
