Pinheiro Neto Advogados advised the underwriters, Veirano Advogados advised the issuer
Pinheiro Neto Advogados and Veirano Advogados acted in the 2nd issue of 1,055,000 debentures of UHE São Simão S.A., in the total amount of BRL 1,055,000,000. The Offering was carried out in accordance with CVM Instruction 476.
Banco J.P. Morgan S.A. acted as the main underwriter in this issue and Alfa Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários S.A. and Banco Votorantim S.A. acted as underwriters.
