Machado Meyer Advogados advised Agile Gestão de Frotas e Serviços S.A., a wholly owned subsidiary of Companhia de Locação das Américas, on the acquisition of 100% of the capital stock of Sofit Software S.A.

The acquisition strengthens Unidas’ technology ecosystem and integrated solutions.
