B&E counsels Overactive on Izmul acquisition

Barros & Errázuriz has advised Overactive SpA on the acquisition of 100% of Izmul S.A.

 Barros & Errázuriz has counselled Overactive SpA and its parent company, in the transaction that led to the acquisition of 100% ownership of Izmul S.A. and its subsidiaries.

Overactive is a nearshore software development company with annual revenues of approximately $40 million based in Montevideo, Uruguay, which was acquired by Perficient, Inc. a leading digital consulting firm based in the United States of America.

In the transaction, concluded on 15 October, Guyer & Regules, acted as counsel to Overactive in Uruguay, while Thompson Coburn LLP acted as counsel to Perficient, Inc. in the United States.
