Terciotti Andrade Gomes Donato Advogados, assisted Fazol in the sale of 4.4MWp solar power plant stakes to Green Yellow, based in Brasilia, DF, Brazil.

Fazsol is a joint venture between Japan’s Shizen Energy and Brazil’s Argos/Espaço Y. Green Yellow, a multinational company owned by the Casino Group, France. Fazol maintains a 10% stake in the companies, while Green Yellow takes control with 90% of the shares.

Partner Marvin Menezes (pictured left) and associate Bianca Wolf assisted in the commercial and regulatory aspects of the deal. Partner Patricia Barcellos (pictured tight) and associate Victor Parasin assisted in the corporate and M&A aspects of the deal.
