Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri and Potenza Advogados represented Votorantim Energia in investment in Way2

Votorantim Energia, a company in the electrical sector that is part of the conglomerate Votorantim Group, has invested in Way2, a Santa Catarina based company specialized in telemetry and energy management.

The value of the transaction was not disclosed, but corresponds to a 50% stake.

Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri and Potenza Advogados relied on partner Guilherme Potenza, associates Paula Brobrow, Lucas Noleto and interns Gustavo Soares and Vitória Vasconcelos.

Way2 was represented by Demarest Advogados with partner Ana Carolina Audi and associate Fabio Tayar.
