Cescon Barrieu Advogados advised TC Traders Club S.A. on the acquisition of Economatica

Cescon Barrieu Advogados advised TC Traders Club S.A. in the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Economatica.

The transaction value was R$ 40 million.

TC Traders Club is a publicly traded company that provides a complete platform for traders, including access to trades made by the founders, radio, financial courses and information about listed companies. In addition, TC Traders Club is the largest community of traders in Latin America.

Economatica analyzes data from more than 250 sectors of the economy, including approximately 5,000 companies and more than 27,000 investment funds.
