M&A counsels on $114m financing for Aeropuertos del Perú

Miranda & Amado has advised Credicorp Capital Servicios Financieros and Banco de Crédito del Perú on a $114 million financing

 Peruvian law firm Miranda & Amado has counselled Credicorp Capital Servicios Financieros and Banco de Crédito del Perú in a financing granted to Aeropuertos del Perú S.A. to finance the investments foreseen in the concession contract for the first group of provincial airports, consisting of a revolving credit line and a medium-term loan.

This operation, closed on 9 November, was for an amount of up to $114,000,000 US dollars. Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero Du & Uría (PPU) acted as advisor to Aeropuertos del Perú.

Madelaine Castro Tavera and Melissa Calderón Murga acted as in-house counsel to Credicorp Capital Servicios Financieros.

PPU’s team was comprised by partner Ronald Fernandez Davila (pictured bottom center) and associates Fiorella Ruiz del Campo (pictured top right) and Augusto Iberico (pictured bottom right).
