Tauil & Chequer in association with Mayer Brown acted as advisor to Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional (CSN)

Tauil & Chequer in association with Mayer Brown acted as advisor to Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional (CSN) in the context of its 11th debentures issue, under CVM Rule 476, totaling R$ 1.5 billion.

The funds raised by CSN with the Issue will be fully used to finance working capital and several corporate issues.

The case was led by partner Rodolfo Constantino Tella (pictured) and associate Maria Carolina Gama Santos.
